We will be open for After school registered members only from our 4 schools starting on Tuesday January 19th.
We will not be open for in person programming in the evenings - Virtual only
Membership form - Each child needs to renew their memberships for the 2020/21 school year
There will only be registered program spots and Safe Arrival Spots available during the After School Hours for students from 4 schools only. Each School will then be divided into two cohort groups.
Every child needs to be registered as a Safe Arrival Member or a walker to attend programs. Each member needs to wear a mask, bring their own water bottle and answer screening questions upon arrival at the Club. Walkers only need to fill out membership but need to register to see if spots are available in their desired cohort.
Each Cohort will have their own designated space and can not mix with other cohorts.
If you do not call in to let us know your child is absent you will be given 2 warnings and then removed from the list. You will not be eligible for a refund. Forms must be filled out and payment must be made with the Boys & Girls Club before any bussing will be set up. We are now contacting people that were on a waitlist. If you would like to be on the list please contact Lee-Ann at 623-0354 x 111.
Register for the above programs by completing the appropriate shuttle form for your child's school, located on this page, and a current membership form.
Emmie Oja is the Safe Arrival Coordinator and can be reached at emmieoja@tbaytel.net or 623-0354 x 152 (voicemail)
